Random thoughts from a snowy but sunny Sunday:- Why does my hair often look better the day after I do it and then proceed to sleep on it? Where is this hair when I'm on my way out the door??? Yet more proof that if there is a god he laughs at my puny attempts to beautify in revenge for my persistent lack of belief.
- When did Anne Hathaway go from being Ella Enchanted to Nearly Always Naked? I just watched "Love & Other Drugs" featuring her & Jake Gyllenhaal and I feel like there are parts of her body that I've seen more closely & recently than my own. Good show but where's the equality? I'm calling you out Jake Gyllenhaal!!!
- Had a fab time out for Mel's birthday last night - totally can't wait to go back to Kinjo's sometime in the near future...I had no idea what any of the rolls were but the chicken katsu & green beans were delish! Also, I re-discovered edamame & feel like a whole new veggie option has opened up for me. #gamechanger
- Am in slight mourning over Dr. Who, I've completed watching all 5 of the most recent seasons and am still a little torn up by the fact that David Tennant is no longer the man with the sonic screwdriver...as Chris Hardwick (@nerdist) would say, "First World Problem!"
- I don't know what it is but I love Russell Brand & Jonah Hill - neither are more than one note type comedians but they still make me laugh my ass off & I think I may be the only person in North America looking forward to "Arthur" opening next week.
