Fridays Are Cool

Clik here to view.They are...totally cool and I have yet to meet someone who doesn't agree. I mean seriously, they start off a weekly mini-vacation...48hrs of not having to see the early side of 10am (if you're single, I hear this is problematic for the crazy folks with young kids...lol), of not being stuck in traffic to go to the office where you're just stuck for 8hrs like a lab rat 5 times a week. So yeah, Fridays definitely are cool - especially right around now, 3pm, when we're so close to going home that I can just taste the freedom....*yummy*!

Clik here to view.Anyways, I remember as a kid not caring too much about Fridays - sure I liked having a weekend off from school but for the most part, I really liked school & hanging out with my friends all day. Because who wouldn't like days that included recess, music & gym at school then games after school (or just rocketing around the neighbourhood) with all your pals. I don't remember using "cool" as much when I was a kid unless it was to talk about going to the local hockey game with my dad and winning kick the can down in the bowels of the arena or maybe getting to go to the local waterslides.

It rules your relationships (in some way or another) and can cause stress, heartache and elation depending on your location on the (unspoken but completely acknowledged & meticulously updated by all of "Them") Cool-ometer™.]
